Amity Travel Soccer Club Payment Policy 1. Payment of current season & prior season fees (including late fees & prior season uniforms fees) must be made in full prior to the start of the season. Players with outstanding balances will not be allowed to participate until all balances are paid.
2. Situations in which a family cannot make a payment in full due to a financial hardship situation will be considered by the club on a case-by-case basis. Financial hardship requests must be submitted to the board in writing.
Amity Travel Soccer Club Refund Policy 1. Registration fees are 100% refundable up to the close of regular registration, less a $25 service charge.
2. Registration fees are 50% refundable up to two weeks after the close of regular registration, less a $25 service charge.
3. Beyond two weeks after the close of regular registration, fees are non-refundable, with the following exceptions:
a) Player is diagnosed with a medical disability and is unable to play.
b) Player suffers an injury which prevents them from playing.
c) Player moves out of town or other extenuating circumstance. d) Note: The above exceptions must be certified by either a doctor or board member. 50% of registration fees will be refunded for approved exceptions that occur prior to the start of the the season. After the start of the season, a pro-rated portion of the 50% refund amount will be granted.
4. Late fees and uniforms fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
