The Amity Soccer Club is committed to providing a safe playing environment.  This page has been created to provide the latest information & guidance on concussions per the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA), which is aligned with concussion guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

We strongly encourage you to review this material with your child. As part of the Amity Soccer registration process, all players and parent / guardians will be required to attest that they have reviewed the CJSA Heads-up concussion guidance.
